We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale. Please contact our concierge team to initiate a return.
Yes, we offer professional resizing, cleaning, and repair services for most pieces purchased from Claude's. All work is performed in-house by our experienced jewelers and backed by our craftsmanship warranty.
Store pieces separately to avoid scratching, clean gently with a soft cloth, and avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. We also offer complimentary cleaning and inspection services in-store.
